Starting Tomorrow

I've been telling myself for months that I need to start changing some of my habits.  My candy and chip eating has gotten out of control and I find myself very lethargic throughout the day because of it.  I want to work on healthifying my eating habits before the crazy holiday season starts so that I don't die from cookie overload by the time 2014 hits.  I also have a wedding in Mexico to attend in January and my own wedding day in May that I would like to tone up for, so that's even more motivation for me to kick these bad habits of mine.  
Here's what I'm hoping to starting tomorrow:
  • Drink 6-8 cups of water a day
  • Eat more vegetables and less chips/candy
  • Take my vitamin every day
  • Workout in the morning more often... if I could do this at least 3 mornings per week I would be soooo happy!
  • Less BLTs (bites, licks, and tastes) of random food throughout the day, those calories add up!

I'm for sure going to still enjoy the holiday season and have my share of turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes... but if I can cut out a lot of the other crap in between I'll be feeling much better by New Years!
