Here's what I'm hoping to starting tomorrow:
- Drink 6-8 cups of water a day
- Eat more vegetables and less chips/candy
- Take my vitamin every day
- Workout in the morning more often... if I could do this at least 3 mornings per week I would be soooo happy!
- Less BLTs (bites, licks, and tastes) of random food throughout the day, those calories add up!
I'm for sure going to still enjoy the holiday season and have my share of turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes... but if I can cut out a lot of the other crap in between I'll be feeling much better by New Years!
